Julia Burns

Julia is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Cardio Coach Administrator at Phenomenal Fitness. She has extensive experience in athletics including strength training, swimming, cycling, running, and gymnastics. Julia ran her first race at the age of four and has since then completed races from 5k to marathon distance, as well as triathlons. She is also a coach for the Chicago chapter of Girls on the Run. With a background in design and planning, Julia brings creativity to program design, attention to detail, and the ability to set and achieve a wide variety of goals to each of her clients. She believes an effective strength and cardiovascular program can enhance performance, increase overall fitness, and help create a strong body and mind.
