I began working with Lisa around February of 2011. Unsatisfied with the way she looked, and unsatisfied with the way she felt, she did what most people never do. She decided to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT, not lament and ponder how things would change if she would be skinny, how nice it would be and how her clothes would fit. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve heard “I need to start eating better,” “I need to do more workouts on my own,” and rarely do these thoughts come to fruition.

“You cannot plow a field by turning it over in your mind.”

Her thoughts turned to action, she started to exercise and changed her eating habits.

The viscous cycle, where will you stand?

 

If you are currently working out, whether it be for a marathon or just to look good naked, its because you want to improve.

Always be hungry, never be satisfied.

This drive for self improvement is what keeps many people going when they feel like they want to quit, or when they think all the work wont pay off.
