Great Workouts!!!!!!! My doctor suggested I start exercising to manage my depression associated with menopause. So I started working out two times a week at Phenomenal Fitness. Several months into working out I realized I was no longer depressed. Sixteen months have passed and I’ve lost weight and inches , while becoming stronger and more toned. I feel GREAT, and I’m more confident as a result. I train with Sean, who has several other clients in a small group. All of which are at different fitness levels and ages. We all get a great workout that is tailored for each of us, and to me that is amazing! The workouts vary, so you NEVER become bored. I now enjoy training because I can FEEL and see the results. There’s a trainer here for any and everyone who is serious about getting fit.
