I’ve been going to Phenomenal for nearly a year now. I never worked out consistenly in a gym nor with a trainer so this was a new experience for me regarding working out. I’ve always been a runner and got my work out that way. After working out with Zak all these months, I’ve have definitely noticed a difference in my strength, attitude and I am motivated to always be challenged next time I go. Proper technique is key to doing the exercise the right way and not getting hurt, that is something Zak is very passionate about and eager to instill which leads to working out the right way and advancing to heavier and longer repititions.
